Smart Buttons
Smart buttons (or scene controllers) are wireless or wired input devices that trigger smart home actions — from turning on lights to starting complex routines — with one or more physical taps. Think of them as the “light switch” for your digital home.
How it works
A smart button is a programmable, physical button that sends signals to a controller or hub to trigger automations, scenes, or device actions.
They don’t control a load directly (like a switch). Instead, they send a command — e.g., “turn off all lights”, “start morning routine”, or “play music”.
They’re essentially smart home remotes — simple, tactile triggers for complex behavior.
